Tradeinfo365.com is not helping the customers

We have purchased Professional version of membership from tradeinfo365.com. We intented to use the web site only for 1 month to download some reports and analysis about importers in some specified countries.We paid 399 usd with a credit card. 1 month later they charged us again with th esame amount.I wrote to their Help desk and explained that we just used the service for 1 month period and for the 2nd month we never logged in the site and download a file.They were so far from finding a solution.They just wish to suck you to the last drop.This is not professionalism.I complain about this and i wish no other companies will fall into same mistake again.I hope this message will be a warning for them.
